  • If you’re a great fit, a manager will review your application and will contact you directly for a phone interview. Please do not call the stores or the Support Office to check on the status.

    A manager will contact you for a phone interview, then a face-to-face interview and lastly an on the job evaluation before extending an offer of employment. Employment is conditional based on a positive reference check.

    Our hands on training is a week long for hourly team members and 7 weeks for managers-in-training.

    • I work a 5 minute walk away form this restaurant and have eaten there regularly since it opened. I always have a good experience there and today was no different. I was later than usual, and the line was approximately 25 deep. I did not despair because Anna, Maria, Nikko, Beverly and all the group there work very hard to serve a short or a long line. Within just a few minutes I was at the register paying for yet another order of nachos. It’s always a pleasure to eat at this location, and see a team that works so well in action.

    • Just wanted to let you guys know that the crew tonight was exceptional. The person greeting and working the meat side had great customer interaction skills and made each item with great care. He said he was new, keep him around he has a great attitude and customer focus.

    • I really enjoyed myself at this location. When I visited, Patrick and Jay were nice. In addition, I observed Ced to be extremely helpful. His positive energy was simply contagious. He made my visit extremely enjoyable. He was personable and he answered all of my questions with a smile. I would come back and recommend this location!

    • Willy’s is one of my favorite restaurants I frequent weekly. The employees are friendly. They have come to know my name. It feels like cheers😎. The food is quite tasty. I highly recommend Willy’s.

    • A gentleman by the name of Christian, whom I assume is your store manager, deserves an immense amount of credit for running this store as if it were his own. We observe him every time we dine and although he has a managerial role, he’s constantly lending help where needed – sweeping, cleaning the tables, helping staff prepare orders, etc. This location definitely runs smoothly under his supervision.

    • Nothing, the staff were amazing, the food was delicious. Overall it was a great dinner out!
      Specifically, Damien and DaQuesha were super friendly and kind. I hurt my foot walking in the parking lot and they gave me bandaids to make the cut better. Super great staff. I highly recommend this restaurant to others.

    • On a previous visit to this location I had a problem with my food and was taken care of by Jasmine, she was gracious, apologized, refunded my money and gave me a gift card for a future visit. Today on August 11, 2017 I went by to eat lunch and Jasmine took extremely good care of me,  she was very accommodating was kind and offered great customer service along with her coworkers – kudos to all, especially Jasmine!!!!

    • We frequent the Willy’s on Holcomb Bridge Road in Norcross. First, on the positive side, you guys have a manager there named Jèsus that is absolutely incredible. He recognizes our family every time we go in there. If we’re not all together he asks about the one that’s not there. He’s part of what makes our experience great.

    • Tracy the manager is thoughtful and friendly. She made sure my family had boxes for our to go order. We were going to eat in the car on a road trip. What a servant attitude and at the end of the work day. Lovely lady you guys are blessed to have her as an example to your younger employees. She is a leader through her actions. Blessings to her.     • This past Saturday’s visit to the Decatur/Emory location was close to the best Willy’s visit ever. The food is always good, what made this visit exceptional was the service. The people were friendly, and they took time to listen to what I was ordering and how I wanted it prepared and did it just right.
