Background:
The Willy’s 500 Program was created with a dual intent: first and foremost, to reward our most valued and tenured employees that have been helping us through these challenging times by living the We R Family value. Secondly to help assist us in recruiting and retaining new family members that will continue to help grow our brand, especially through these times.
How the program works:
$500 for 500 Hours
Every hourly team member will be awarded a onetime $500 bonus after completing 500 hours. That can happen in any span of time during the year.
Examples: If a team member works an average of 10 hours a week, by year end they would hit 500 hours and thus be eligible. If a team member works an average of 50 hours per week they would hit 500 hours in 10 weeks.
Quarterly Raffle Drawing
Additionally, there is a chance to receive another $500!
Once per quarter we will conduct a drawing, per District. Those employees that achieve 500 hours in each quarter, will have their name put into this raffle for a chance at winning $500 for that quarter.
