This was the drive behind developing the Operating Partner Program, launched in 2022. Our General Managers are the heart and soul of the restaurant. Their dedication and creativity keep operations running efficiently in the face of many challenges that face restaurants today. It was important to create a program that offers more opportunity and reward to incentivize their hard work.
What Is the Operating Partner Program?
The Operating Partner Program is designed to recognize and reward select General Managers within the Willy’s family. These GMs are commended for exceeding performance standards and exemplifying the core values of the organization.
