Crisp greens with your choice of protein, fresh ingredients, and house-made dressings – Chipotle Ranch, Lite Tomatillo Ranch and SW Vinaigrette.
Quesadilla
Soft flour tortilla stuffed with your favorite protein and grilled to crispy perfection and served with pico de gallo salsa and sour cream. Make it a Grande Quesadilla – larger tortilla with more ingredients and guacamole included.
Tacos
Two tacos served in your choice of soft flour, soft corn, or crispy corn tortillas. Topped with your favorite freshly made ingredients.
Nachos
Homemade tortilla chips topped with whatever you want. Served with beans, salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.

Our Build-Your-Own Taco Box is the perfect solutions for families on the go, small gatherings, work meetings, or when there is just no time to cook.
Taco Box
Feeds 4-6 people and includes the following:
Choice of two proteins, lettuce, Monterey Jack cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, choice of one salsa and 16 hard/soft shells.
Side items: Rice, choice of black/pinto beans and chips
Add-ons: Cheese Dip, Guacamole or 6 Chocolate Chip Cookies

Chili D'Arbol
A truly unique sauce made from small dried chilies called chili D’arbol mixed with a delicate blend of pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, cumin, clove and one particular ingredient we’d like to keep secret. Some call it our “Mojo” sauce because…well, we don’t really know why but it sounds cool.
Chipotle Salsa
We blend charred tomato puree with chipotle peppers for a rich, smoky flavor that’s a true Willy’s original. You can spot the Chipotle Salsa by its deep red coloring and signature black bits of charred tomato skin.
Habanero Salsa
This salsa has the sweet tangy flavor of the Tomatillo Salsa, the rich and smoky flavor of the Chipotle Salsa and the unmistakable zip of the habanero chili – the world’s hottest pepper. Thankfully, we grilled the habaneros to tone down the heat and bring out the pepper’s full flavor.
Tomatillo Salsa
Our beloved green sauce is made from tart tomatillos smoothed out with fresh jalapenos, onions and a cilantro. Our Tomatillo has a bright flavor that goes great with meats, especially our steak.

Chips and salsa are always free, but why stop there? Our homemade guacamole, mouth-watering cheese dip, or fresh-baked cookie are the perfect addition to any meal.
Cheese Dip
Liquid heaven in a cup. Served with a side of homemade tortilla chips.

Cheesy Beef-amole
We combine our favorite flavors of Cheese Dip, Ground Beef and Guacamole to make a dip that you can’t stop dipping. Served with our fresh tortilla chips.
Beefy Cheese Dip
Our Beefy Cheese dip is just like our Cheesy Beef-amole, but without the guacamole. We combine our delicious Cheese Dip & Ground Beef to make a dip that’s irresistible. Served with our fresh tortilla chips.

Kids
Kid’s Combos are served with fresh chips, cookie and fountain drink. Burrito, taco and quesadillas include chicken, rice, beans, jack cheese and salsa but we will gladly customize to your kiddos liking! (Ages 12 and under only please.)
