We brine our Sinaloa Chicken in citrus flavored marinade that makes the meat tender and give it a savory flavor. We also add orange juice, garlic and some spices to the marinade for a little extra flavor. 118-150 cal

Both Willy’s black and pinto beans are prepared fresh each morning – and by fresh we mean these suckers have never seen the inside of a can. To bring out the best in the beans’ flavor we add garlic, jalapenos and a little cumin. And with no meat products at all, our beans are pure veggie. 110-171 cal

Peppers & Onions

Like most of our fresh produce, we slice our green peppers and red onions in-house every day. They’re also lightly grilled often throughout the day with a touch of oil, salt and pepper to keep both peppers and onions crispy and fresh. 25 cal

The secret to our guacamole is that we make it fresh twice a day, every morning and afternoon. We keep it simple and let the avocados’ flavor shine through with the help of a few fresh jalapenos, lime juice & cilantro. It’s so fresh, in fact, chances are you’ll want to slap it. 40 cal

We get our cilantro fresh and chop it up every morning. Good cilantro is key to our proud Pico de Gallo salsa, so anything but fresh just wouldn’t do. 0 cal

GLUTEN FREE – With the exception of the flour tortillas and cookies, everything on our menu is gluten free

DAIRY – Found in our cheese dip, sour cream, jack cheese, lite tomatillo ranch and chipotle ranch

EGGS – Found in our cookies, lite tomatillo ranch and chipotle ranch

NUTS – Nut-free with the exception of our chocolate chip and white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies (and a few people we won’t mention).

MSG – All products are MSG-free

SOY – Our hard taco shells, chips and tortilla strips are cooked in soybean oil. Our non-GMO tofu contains soy and is cooked with soybean oil. All marinades and oil-based dressings are prepared with canola oil.

VEGAN – You can eat Vegan at Willy’s as long as you avoid the meat and items above with Dairy and Eggs. We don’t use lard in any of our recipes and beans and rice are vegetarian.
