Willy’s Mexicana Grill and Howlin’ Willy’s have been avid supporters of the Boys & Girls Club for several years. We’ve raised more than $151,000 for area clubs during our partnership, and we sponsor the club’s annual Salsa Salsa event, which aims to support healthy eating habits.
Give $5, Get $5
From June 6-30, 2022, Willy’s Mexicana Grill and Howlin’ Willy’s Hot Chicken locations will be running the “Give $5, Get $5” fundraiser to benefit local Boys & Girls Club locations throughout Georgia.
This iteration will be the 7th year of this fundraiser, and all donations will go directly to the following Boys & Girls Club chapters near Willy’s locations:
- Metro Atlanta
- Bartow County
- Chattahoochee Valley
- Athens
We are excited that our new hot chicken concept, Howlin’ Willy’s, will now be accepting donations at our Piedmont Park and Hapeville locations.
Our Goal for the Boys & Girls Club Chapters
This year, our goal is to raise at least $25,000 to support the Boys & Girls Club and the Healthy Futures Program, which focuses on the emotional and social well-being of children. The program encourages kids to make healthy lifestyle choices and gives them the tools, resources, encouragement, and support they need to make that happen.
How the “Give $5, Get $5” Fundraiser Works
From June 6 to June 30, 2022, we will be asking guests to give $5.00 or more to the Boys & Girls Club. For every $5.00 that a guest donates, they will receive a $5.00 coupon to use at Willy’s Mexicana Grill or Howlin’ Willy’s Hot Chicken locations.
The coupons will be valid for a return visit. They can also use them for online orders. Each coupon can be used once. The coupons don’t expire until August 28, 2022, and they are not valid for catering or airport use. In addition, they cannot be combined with any other promotions, deals, or coupons.
Taco Box Table Talk Promotion
In addition, we will also be including a Table Talk card in each of our Taco Box orders beginning on June 6, 2022.
These cards will contain a QR code that can be scanned by our guests. This code will take participants to a Table Talk Question of the Week, which is designed to help encourage conversation at the dinner table with friends or family.
We believe that lively conversation between family members, friends, and even co-workers can strengthen the bonds that unite them and bring people together over delicious tacos.
Wherever you take your Taco Box, you can enjoy great conversation among those you are sharing a meal with. The other side of the card will include information that details how to donate to the Boys & Girls Club.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta have been assisting the area’s youth for over 80 years. There are 26 clubs in 11 counties that serve more than 8,000 kids and teens each year.
